a. Understand the product portfolio from the country product manager and market competitive situation.
b. Assist the sales branch to plan the right product.
c. Plan forecast for next 2 to 3 months
a. Monitor sales/ inventory/ FCST, maintain reasonable run-rate of inventory.
b. Analyze sales/ inventory report to come out with an actionable plan for aging stock liquidation.
a. Take the initiative of making a billing plan and work closely with the branch sales team to execute it.
b. Grow the business by identifying business opportunities.
a. Analyze internal and external data and come out with actionable insight.
b. Conduct competitive analysis.
a. Work with country product manager to have a good alignment of product planning and sales planning.
b. Work with distributors and distribution team to ensure smooth supply of each product segment.
c. Work with other departments in head office if required.
d. Work very closely with the branch sales team to grow the business
