Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or branch. Explain product features, offers, and loan schemes clearly to customers. Promote gold loan services or jewellery products to meet sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and policies. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Assist in maintaining stock display, cleanliness, and billing. Follow up with leads and conduct field visits if required. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM or register. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in retail/jewellery sales or financial services. Skills: Excellent communication and selling skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office) Good grooming and customer-handling etiquette Target-driven and proactive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,221.48 - ₹20,081.83 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person
