Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our CCTV sales and service branch. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, drive sales growth, handle team performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for CCTV and security products.
Lead and motivate the marketing, sales, and service teams.
Develop business plans to increase revenue and expand market reach.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and walk-in customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick service resolution.
Manage stock, billing, and branch financials.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Recruit, train, and monitor team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in CCTV / Electronics / Security systems sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet targets.
Good knowledge of CCTV products, DVRs/NVRs, power supplies, and networking.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Business preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
