Job Responsibilities As a Manager, candidate will be responsible for overall branch administration, authorization of cash, clearing, transfers, opening & maintenance of borrowable accounts/ credit facilities to customers, third party products, deposit and credit products, assisting the Branch Head to achieve the business targets and customer service. Candidate shall be responsible for achieving business targets of the Branch and branch operations, for providing efficient customer service and for entire branch operations comprising of Credit / Advances, Deposits, Clearing, Cash, Forex, other miscellaneous services offered by the Bank. Establishing and monitoring branch goals and objectives. Developing strategies to increase customer loyalty, grow the bank’s customer base, and increase revenue. Ensuring that branch operations comply with all regulations and laws. Must be able to develop and implement strategic plans, manage staff, handle customer complaints, and ensure efficiency and profitability. Ensuring that the branch meets its financial targets, ensuring that customer service is exemplary Ensure efficient and prompt service to Bank's clientele. Supervise and entrust duties & responsibilities of subordinates to ensure quick disposal of work in both - Credit & Liabilities - verticals in the Branch. Conducting business development activities to achieve business targets. Supervise and entrust Recovery of Over dues and follow-up of Non-Performing Assets. Overall Branch Administration Authorization of clearing / cash / transfers Generally supervise and control the work of staff and departments in Branch and issue necessary directions. Identify and manage risks, and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty. Taking care of training staff, setting goals and objectives for employees, and managing staff performance. Must be able to evaluate customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service. Work closely with other bank departments to ensure that the branch is running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in any faculty. CA/CS/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 plus years of experience as Branch Manager / Branch Manager in any Commercial / Co-operative Bank. Should have expertise in Branch operation handling Finacle Core Banking Solution. Proactive and resourceful in acquiring new business for the Bank and deepening of existing customer relationships of the Bank. Should have good understanding and experience of branch banking / branch operations. Well-versed with business development activities in a Bank. Good communication skills. Willing to travel. Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, Access and Outlook is preferred.
