Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a resilient, empathic Branch Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. A Branch Manager oversees all aspects of a branch's operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also managing budgets and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives.
  • Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Organize outreach to new team members and customers.
  • Allocate branch resources for staff and client needs.
  • Provide excellent service for bank customers.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and need
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Delegating work effectively and managing the resource of time.
  • Monitoring progress and track roadblocks and conducting regular meetings.
  • Create, lead your Dream Team and establishing a shared vision.
  • Liaise between the branch and its parent organization
  • Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation. Manage financial reports for the branch.
  • Managing the production of the required deliverable planning and monitoring the project.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Qualification

  • Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Leadership and human resources management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
