Desired Candidate Profile 5-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch management role. Strong understanding of mortgage loans (DST) and direct sales teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
