Job Description

Job Purpose Owns branch sales performance including P&L, volume and market share, new and repeat TP business at branch and demand planning support to region for distribution, DD, MT channels for all categories except Built-in, and manages branch budget and overall admin. Incumbent would be managing regional retailers and traditional trade channels, both. Product Category Lloyd AC, Lloyd LED, Lloyd Refrigerator and Lloyd Washing Machine Key Duties and Responsibilities Planning: a) Owns and lead development of monthly demand plan for the branch. b) Leads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets. c) Drives sales target- setting for on- ground sales and conducts periodic reviews. d) Ensure accurate monthly stock planning, logistics management and sales forecasting. Business Partnering: a) Develop strong win-win partnerships with channel and trade partners, including creating joint business plans with a medium to long-term view. b) Identifies, evaluates new trade partners (TP) and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed. c) Develops TP engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen TP relation. Execution Excellence: a) Leverages trade marketing inputs (schemes/activations) effectively, with a focus on investment and the opportunity to grow. b) Executes sales volume and value targets for branch, leveraging sales analytics. c) Manages execution of BTL initiatives. d) Works with BSM for the better management of defectives, TP coverage by field service team and works with BLM to manage stock fulfilment. Coaching and Skilling: a) Coach, skill, guide and inspire a team to implement the growth agenda, achieve stretch goals and drive best in class processes, while ensuring personal growth and development. Stakeholders: a) Internal: Branch Service Manager, Branch Commercial Manager, Branch Logistics Manager, Category Manager. b) External: Trade Partners, Marketing Vendors, Marketing Agencies.
