Job Summary:

LOCATION:KUDAVECHOOR

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the automobile branch, including sales, service, spare parts, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and industry knowledge to ensure the branch meets its targets and delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the branch including sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, workshop activities, and parts availability.

2. Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and services.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate and retail customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure branch growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and take corrective actions as required.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of staff across all departments.
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

6. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and manufacturer standards.
  • Submit periodic performance reports to the Head Office or Regional Office.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of automobile dealership operations (sales, service, parts).
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Automobile Engineering / Marketing or equivalent.
  • MBA or relevant management qualification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
