Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, sales assistants, and support personnel to ensure efficient daily workflow
Ensure accurate prescription dispensing, storage, and inventory management in compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Oversee branch financials by preparing statements, monitoring budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability
Drive business growth by developing strategies to increase sales, enhance customer acquisition, and maintain community relationshipsAddress and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction
Recruit, onboard, and train staff, fostering ongoing professional development and mentorship
Monitor compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation and implementing corrective actions as needed
