About the Role:We’re seeking a data-driven and brand-savvy Brand Manager to lead performance, growth, and brand strategy across online marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) and our D2C platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive revenue, optimize product performance, and shape the customer journey.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the brand’s presence across key marketplaces and the D2C website.Develop and execute GTM (go-to-market) plans for new product launches across platforms.Analyze performance metrics, customer insights, and platform analytics to inform decisions.Manage listings, content, creatives, SEO, and overall brand hygiene on marketplaces.Collaborate with the growth, product, and design teams to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates.Lead campaign execution across platforms, including promotions, brand days, and ad placements.Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.Drive reviews, ratings, and customer engagement strategies.Requirements:3–6 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce/marketplace brand management, preferably in FMCG or beauty.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, etc.Deep understanding of online customer behavior and platform algorithms.Hands-on with A+ content, storefronts, and brand keyword strategies.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for building category-defining brands online.
