ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for building the team & ensuring its productivity and business.
Shall be responsible in developing relationship & business generation.
Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and login the Overdue Collections.
Must have experience of sourcing business from Open market.
Must have exposure to team handling role.
Creation of relationships (with Client) and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
Achieving the targets.
Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loan.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
