Job Summary: He will be responsible for oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that business goals are met while delivering superior customer service. This role involves managing the sales, operations, customer service, and administrative functions of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team of tele sales executives and staff to drive branch performance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tele sales executives and branch staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase the branch s business portfolio. Set performance goals for staff and monitor their progress. Ensure branch compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Customer Service & Retention: Oversee customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience. Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and claims efficiently. Implement retention strategies to maintain customer loyalty. Operational Oversight: Monitor branch operations to ensure efficient and streamlined processes. Manage branch budgets, financials, and expense reports to meet profitability goals. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of policies, contracts, and claims. Staff Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development to branch staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Encourage professional growth and promote a culture of learning within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (Master s degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in the life/general insurance and mutual fund industry. Strong understanding of insurance products, mutual funds, its policies and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven ability to build relation and drive business. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and sales reports.
