Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Gold Loans. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily branch operations, including meeting targets for all financial products.
Ensure correct valuation and maintain 100% process compliance at the branch.
Oversee system management and timely approvals for loan creation, modifications, and case closure.
Monitor team activities and generate leads for new customer acquisition.
Drive and participate in field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and generate leads.
Coordinate with the audit team to perform day-to-day audits.
Maintain a quality portfolio by tracking and controlling ROI.
Follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs under control.
Coach, mentor, and train the team, providing feedback and motivation to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in gold loans or related fields.
Strong knowledge of financial products, including gold loans and cross-sell products.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to track and control ROI.
Experience in auditing and quality control, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external audit teams.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
