Job Description:
Lead and manage the study abroad branch, ensuring smooth operations and overall performance.
Develop strategies to enhance staff productivity, oversee branch improvements, and support recruitment needs.
Provide regular training to branch staff on study abroad processes and industry best practices.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring strong conversion ratios.
Build and maintain B2B relationships with educational institutions to expand the branch network and generate leads.
Handle compliance-related inquiries and ensure high client retention.
Manage branch budgets, meet financial targets, and allocate resources efficiently to achieve business goals.
Address operational challenges proactively and ensure effective issue resolution within the branch.
