Location: Hyderabad Package - 6 to 7 lac ( Depends on experience & last drawn) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced branch manager with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the food industry to oversee the operations of our Hyderabad branches. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and driving profitability. This role is critical to maintaining brand consistency and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff members, including chefs, service staff, and front-of-house personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality, addressing complaints efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cost Management: Control operational expenses, optimize resource utilization, and ensure the branch meets financial targets, including managing labour costs and reducing waste. Compliance & Standards: Ensure that the branch adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, staff productivity, and operational efficiency to senior management. Use data to make strategic decisions .
