JOB DESCRIPTION | BRANCH MANAGER

At Anytime Invest, we are seeking a highly accomplished Branch Manager with extensive expertise in Investment Management, Stock Broking, and Mutual Funds to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients, along with the ability to foster long-term relationships. The selected candidate will oversee all functions of our new branch—from hiring employees to managing customer relations and implementing business strategies. Applicants should possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Being the face of Anytime Invest by embodying the company’s core values of client centricity and empathy.
  • Driving sales and distribution of a diverse portfolio of financial products including Mutual Funds, Equities, Insurance, and other investment instruments.
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining a team of motivated financial professionals.
  • Increasing revenue and AUM by acquiring new HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients, and engaging the existing client base through cross-selling.
  • Leading Relationship Building & Management for sales and services of financial products (e.g., Online Trading Account, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management).
  • Liaising with the Dealing Desk for revenue generation and query resolution.
  • Developing new client relationships through referrals and other sources.
  • Ensuring strong individual and team performance.
  • Overseeing smooth branch operations within guidelines, frameworks, and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
  • Holding meaningful, value-driven conversations with clients every day.
  • Helping clients achieve financial goals through problem identification, collaborative solution-building, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Managing investment portfolios and enabling clients to follow the financial planning process.
  • Identifying and recruiting high-quality partners to build a strong partner base.
  • Ensuring that sales through partners meet all business quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in team management including recruitment, training, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services with expertise in relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing AUM.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, stay highly organized, and follow processes in a disciplined manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on results.

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Investments, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, or related financial services.
