Job Description

You should have 2 to 15 years of experience in the NBFC Gold loan industry to apply for the proposed branch in Mampad. Your education should be at least at the degree level. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. - Manage gold loan operations at the Mampad branch - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Develop and maintain customer relationships - Achieve branch targets for loan disbursement and collections - Oversee branch staff and provide necessary training - 2 to 15 years of experience in the NBFC Gold loan industry - Any degree qualification - Strong understanding of gold loan operations and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, provident fund, incentives, LWF, gratuity, and yearly bonus.
