Branch Head

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our preschool operations. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch — academic quality, admissions, staff, and parent engagement — ensuring smooth functioning and consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool branch.
• Ensure smooth implementation of the academic curriculum and child development programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
• Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets through local marketing and outreach.
• Maintain strong communication and relationship with parents.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with all operational standards.
• Manage budgets, petty cash, and branch-level expenses efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting, audits, and policy implementation.
• Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and community activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree (B.Ed. / NTT / ECCE preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in preschool or education administration.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child-centered learning.
• Ability to handle parent communication and build community trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,255.46 - ₹40,398.35 per month
