Job Description

The Branch Head will be a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and academic activities of the branch. The primary objective is to drive student enrollment, ensure high-quality educational delivery, achieve profitability targets, and foster a positive learning environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and tie-ups with schools and colleges to generate leads.
  • Oversee the student counseling and admission process, ensuring effective conversion of inquiries.
  • Operations & Administration Management:
  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of the branch, including scheduling classes, managing infrastructure, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-control measures are in place to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, academic standards, and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance metrics (e.g., admissions, revenue, student satisfaction) to senior management.
  • Academic Coordination & Student Management:
  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure quality content delivery and adherence to the planned curriculum and schedules.
  • Monitor student academic progress, collect feedback, and implement interventions where required.
  • Address student and parent inquiries and grievances promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of faculty, counselors, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture within the branch.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a management or leadership role within the education, training, or coaching industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and business development track record.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or education management software.
