Branch Head

As a Branch Head at Ducat in Gurgaon, your role would involve overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the branch. You will lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve targets, drive business growth by promoting IT training courses and services, and ensure smooth execution of training programs for student satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery, handle administrative duties, address queries professionally, and maintain branch discipline in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Gurgaon branch - Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve targets - Drive business growth by promoting IT training courses and services - Ensure smooth execution of training programs and student satisfaction - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and support - Handle administrative duties including scheduling, staffing, and reporting - Address queries from students, trainers, and staff professionally - Maintain branch discipline and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in branch management or operations - Knowledge of IT training courses and the education industry is essential - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage a team and drive performance - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure - Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities At Ducat, you will have the opportunity to work in a leadership role within a growing IT training company.
