Job Description

Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Analyze and manage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply while mitigating delays or disruptions. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise within the supply chain. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding supply chain-related issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by providing regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any concerns related to order fulfillment, deliveries, or product quality. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service and client engagement. Inventory Management: Oversee the management of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory control systems. Ensure accurate inventory records and reduce stock discrepancies through regular stock audits and effective inventory management practices. Work with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels. Raw Material Procurement: Manage the procurement of raw materials, negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality. Monitor raw material availability and ensure materials are sourced in time to meet production schedules. Track supplier performance and address any quality, delivery, or pricing issues in a timely manner. Factory Administration: Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations within the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Assist in managing factory staff and resources, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain records related to factory operations, production schedules, and employee activities.
