Job Title: Branch Executive

Job Summary:

The Branch Executive is responsible for supporting overall branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and achieving business targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Support daily branch operations, including cash handling, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain records of branch activities, sales transactions, and compliance documentation.
Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the operations, finance, and customer support teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and quality standards.
Assist in organizing marketing or promotional events for customer acquisition.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Monitor inventory, stationery, and other branch requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,836.54 - ₹23,499.43 per month
