Job Description
· Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in handling BPO Training.
· The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process, Modules and training methodology
· The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques and provide Training on Batch wise
· The Candidate should be able to handle 10 - 20 Trainee batches
· The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance
· The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel.
