BPO Representative - UK Process

• We are hiring highly motivated and fluent English speakers to join our BPO team, supporting our UK-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries (calls, email, chat) professionally and efficiently, strictly adhering to UK process guidelines.
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and maintain a high standard of service quality.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Requirements & Compensation

• Process: UK Voice/Non-Voice Process
• Education: Graduate (Any Stream) - Mandatory
• Language: FLUENT ENGLISH ONLY (Excellent verbal communication is essential)
• Salary: ₹20,000- ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (extra)
• Shift: May involve working UK shift hours (including late night/early morning shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
