Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BPO Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience and excellent proficiency in spoken English communication, with a strong background in customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls professionally.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Excellent proficiency in spoken English communication.
Experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service position.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with business process outsourcing and international processes.
Timing: 7 pm to 4 am.
