Role Snapshot

You’ll represent international brands through phone, chat, and email, helping customers across different time zones. The role blends communication, problem solving, and service excellence—ideal for anyone eager to build a professional career in international customer engagement.

Daily Responsibilities

• Respond to global customers via inbound / outbound calls and live chat
• Resolve queries quickly and document each interaction in CRM tools
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every contact
• Follow quality metrics and meet team performance goals
• Coordinate with leads for process improvements

Ideal Candidate

• Strong command of spoken & written English
• Confident, empathetic, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (24×7)
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur for on-site work
• Freshers and experienced applicants welcome
