Position Summary:
Job Title: International Customer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office Only)
Type: Full-Time
Industry: BPO
Process: International Voice + Non-Voice (Chat & Email)
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Shifts: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week
Joining: Immediate Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information, solve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records and follow SOPs for every customer interaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
• Meet KPIs: response time, resolution quality, CSAT

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent spoken & written English communication
Open to Freshers & Experienced (0–2 years)
Undergraduates / Graduates (Any stream)
Must be willing to work night/rotational shifts
Must be ready to relocate to Jaipur
Familiarity with typing, emailing, and basic computer skills
