Right from understanding the dynamic meta algorithms, analytics and creating jaw dropping and scroll stopping content. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in the brand mix of creative and analytical skills to develop effective performance assets, manage campaigns, cover events, and engage the community to boost brand presence and drive measurable results through targeted growth quarter on quarter.1. Content Strategy & Creation- Develop and implement social media & content strategies for performance marketing assets across various digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and goals.- Create innovative and high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, primarily, as well as Pinterest, and Snapchat along with strategising for Namrata Sonis page usage to build her own social media presence from a brand's POV.- Work with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand assets (videos, images, ads) tailored for different social media and paid platforms. We're looking for someone who can generate fresh ideas that make our content pop, stay on trend, and capture that iconic Simply Nam vibe.- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance content engagement, including planning content for campaigns, launches, and promotions.- Creating content/copy for all social media handles, maximizing reach and engagement by sharing relevant industry news, updates and trends.2. Campaign Management- Support campaign planning and execution across paid social, search, and display channels to drive conversions and optimize performance.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance assets with campaign objectives, ensuring delivery of high-impact visuals and messaging. Push boundaries with fun and quirky content that aligns with our mission to make employer brands irresistible.- Day-to-day, you'll manage our social media accountsengaging with our community, responding to comments and messages, and keeping the conversation going wherever and whenever needed.- Manage timelines and coordination for campaign deliverables, including asset creation, adaptation, and rollout.3. Event Coverage- Attend and cover relevant events, both internal and external, to create real-time content for social media platforms.- Assist in strategizing and producing event-related content (live videos, behind-the-scenes, interviews) that resonates with the Simply Nam community and enhances brand visibility.- Conducting Voxpop and College Ambassadors Programme in college events for brand awareness4. Community Engagement- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships across social media channels. Stay responsive to real-time events and social moments that align with our brand personality.- Collaborate with a team to implement community engagement initiatives, supporting positive brand sentiment and growing follower engagement.5. Content MarketingBuild and execute content strategies that support and amplify our short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaignsCollaborate closely with product, product marketing, and external agencies to map and optimize content across the buyer journeyBe a steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style Measure and report on content performance; optimize based on resultsHelp develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a cross-functional teamStay on top of content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and testManage the corporate website and blog content6. Analytics & Reporting- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content assets and campaigns across platforms, identifying key trends and insights.- Use data to assess the effectiveness of performance assets and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.- Regularly monitor KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversions to ensure that content performance aligns with business goals.- Using reporting tools such as Google Analytics to generate daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Managing the creation of aspirational content to ensure a strong brand message is delivered throughout all of our channels
