Job Title: Founder's office associate (Process Controller) Department: Founder's Office Offline Sales Company: Boult Location: Gurugram (5 days a week, flexible working hours) About Boult: Boult is a leading consumer wearable brand specializing in smartwatches, TWS, neckbands, power banks, and soundbars. Our Offline Sales team is expanding, and we are looking for a Process Controller to streamline and enhance our offline operations. Role Overview: We are looking for a Process Specialist Order Fulfillment & Distributor Operations to manage our end-to-end process from Purchase Order (PO) to Delivery, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of distributor escalations. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain operations, distributor management, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the PO-to-Delivery process, ensuring timely order processing and dispatch. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, inventory, logistics) to maintain smooth order flow. Monitor and optimize order processing timelines to improve efficiency. 2. Distributor Escalation Handling Act as the first point of contact for distributor complaints and escalations. Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future escalations. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and customer support teams to resolve disputes. 3. Process Optimization & Reporting: Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process and implement improvements. Establish SOPs for distributor order handling, claims, and dispute resolution. Track key operational KPIs (order turnaround time, dispute resolution time, fulfillment accuracy) and report insights to management. 4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication between sales, operations, and distributor teams. Work closely with logistics partners to optimize last-mile delivery for distributors. Collaborate with the reverse logistics team for seamless return processing. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, distributor operations, or supply chain management (preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG). Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and a ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements. Why Join Boult?
