You will be responsible for automating operational tasks such as software configuration, server scaling, deployments, and database setups in multiple AWS cloud environments using modern application and configuration management tools like Jenkins and Chef. It is essential to have experience in automating web applications and API, along with proficiency in the administration and operation activities of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk. Knowledge of other open-source monitoring tools is also preferred. Your role will involve utilizing DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and GIT Add-on, along with functional experience in availability monitoring, performance monitoring, and performance testing. You will be expected to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and off-hours maintenance windows. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-5 years of experience and expertise in automation testing, including knowledge in manual testing. Additionally, you must possess 3+ years of experience in QA tools like Load Runner Enterprise, Quality Center, and UFT, as well as 3+ years of systems experience in Windows and Linux/Unix. Experience in AWS cloud environments with configuration management tools like Jenkins and Chef is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream is preferred for this role.
