Partnerships & Fundraising Manager About Organization Bosconet is a non–profit organisation, a network of Don Bosco reaching out to 29 states of India. It primarily focuses on mobilising resources for Education, Skilling for sustainable livelihood, Women Empowerment, Climate action and disaster response with an annual reach of 1 million young children and Women in vulnerable situations. Location: B-33, street no 7, Dashrathpuri, Palam Dabri road, New Delhi 110045 Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Mobilise resources through Schools, Colleges, Corporations, HNIs, Governments, Trusts, Foundations, events, and direct donations for sustaining Don Bosco’s projects Pan-India. · Research, develop, and plan fundraising ideas. · Develop new corporate partnerships and increase outreach to large and medium corporates for project collaborations, employee engagement, payroll giving, donation drives, cause-related marketing, and permissions in Corporate/Malls/Airports/Public areas for fundraising. · Conduct meetings with potential donors and support the closure of deals to acquire new partnerships. · Revamp Individual Fundraising with a focus on One-time and Regular donations. · Ensure compliance with all donor management processes and timely, accurate reporting. · Maintain regular communication with corporate partners on Don Bosco initiatives and impact. · Develop and manage event, co-promotion, and branding partnerships to enhance Don Bosco's visibility. · Design new fundraising campaigns based on emerging needs and emergencies. Eligibility Requirements: · Preferably an MBA/MSW /Master's related to marketing, Resource mobilisation with 2 – 6 years of experience in Corporate Fundraising /Corporate marketing experience in NGO, having strong communication skills both written and verbal, along with an ability to take initiatives and a drive to achieve results. · Has individually done cause-related marketing tie-ups and events. · Knowledge/experience in CSR, especially CSR Compliance with regards to Section 135, Companies Act 2013.
