About this opportunity: We are looking for Business & Operation Support Systems (BOS) PC Overall Program that will be part of driving our future business in 5G, IoT and Cloud for BOS! BOS core role is to develop competitive global customer BOS solutions - both products and services - fit for local adaptations, with the strategic objectives to secure technology leadership and becoming the trusted transformation partner as well as a focused innovator. The business is comprising offerings in BOS with offerings in Charging, Billing, Catalog, Order Management and Mediation. The person we are looking for is a customer minded colleague, with a strong background in team leadership and project management who knows how to reach business goals and deliver Customer value. You will be empowered to take full ownership of the areas of responsibility and will be motivated to deliver according to your full potential! You will Be responsible for managing the complete flow of a product customization request (PCR) from initiation in Focal Point through requirement and solution investigation phase and implementation up to delivery of the software - ensuring successful execution. Leverage customer base, securing PC efficiency and profitability. Supporting new sales RFP submissions Drive strategic leadership together with forward-thinking colleagues. Part of driving and securing PC deliverables also on our new BEAM based architecture. In the day-to-day business you will: o Drive the PC e2e flow in close collaboration with CU, SPM and PDU o Reporting in suitable fora and participating in decision Foras (OSG, OPB, Priority Board) o Support team Preparing the cost and price indication / Solution Proposal offer. o Support preparing the formal offers for implementation. o Support in processing incoming CU orders for CPIs and Formal Offers o Support Customization escalations, when triggered by Portfolio/Customization Program/PSS/SPM. o Follow up and keep track of PC costs and Customization frame TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE Degree within Software Engineering, Business or similar 15 years of work R&D experience Experience working in a leading role as program manager and/or technical leader, preferably within Customer close environment. Good understanding of the BOS Portfolio offerings Understanding of BOS Product Customization request flow is a merit By experience, you know that a developed business understanding and planning and organizing is key to delivering results and meeting Customer expectations.
