Intyllus Accounting and Consulting LLP is urgently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions for U.S.-based clients. Post, process, and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online). Perform monthly bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal and client use. Assist with closing books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience , preferably in a public accounting or outsourced accounting environment. Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is mandatory . Prior experience handling U.S. accounting and bookkeeping is highly preferred. Competencies: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software. Strong command of spoken and written English . Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files with accuracy and attention to detail. Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience , aligned with industry standards.
