Key Responsibilities Make calls to leads, prospects, or existing customers. Explain products or services and generate interest. Follow up on previous interactions and maintain call records. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain and update customer databases. Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution. Requirements Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.). Must have knowledge of IT Services and products Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Strong listening and persuasion skills.
