Skill set TCE /Vis Mockup, MS Office. Domain knowledge * Engg BOM Validation & Rel Tools * Vehicle Features Interpretation: Knowledge of Parts & application * Usage Audit; Engg. Changes Planning & Implementation * BOM Release & control; Engg. Changes Importance * VB/Macro tools exposure GENERAL * Must have: Very Good communication & Presentation skills, Continuous improvement mindset * Demonstrate good customer & cross functional relationships * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & to work under tight schedules Self-motivated, enthusiastic Job Description * Ensure BOM Releasing guidelines are met in line with Corporate Systems. * Support in Engineering reviews with CFT. * Ensure Releasing inputs are captured during development of Product Letter. * Analyze & interpret Engineering/Program direction letter to assure accurate processing of data into WERS [ data base of BOM release]. * Liaise with Engineering & check data accuracy before releasing BOM in system. * Perform Pre-Engineering BOM release audits for new model BOM's using audit tools. * Maintain 100% BOM accuracy & quality levels in support of both prototype & promotion builds through various audit methods. * Maintain structures for bailment parts/in-house assemblies / cross plant shipments as required.
