Job Title: Bodyshop Service Advisor Department : Bodyshop Work Location: Vasco Looking for candidates preferably From Goa Age: (Should not be a criteria for the right candidate) Salary Range: (As per company standards) Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical trade Experience Range: ITI + 3yrs as technician, Diploma + 1 year as technician, Degree Fresher’s acceptable Job Knowledge: (Technical and Commercial knowledge + Courtesy for handling customers) Reports to: (Asst. Works Manager) Skills (Reqd/Desired) : Communication Attributes (Quality/Character): (Honesty & Integrity & Courtesy) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet.  Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.).  Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.  Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.  Ensure clear and precise service invoices that show parts, Labour and lubricant charges.  Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time.  Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time  Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customers satisfaction.
