Job Title : Body Shop Production Associate Location : Pune (Talegaon Dabhade) ( Maharashtra Domicile needed ) Experience : 2-9 Years Education : Diploma (Full Time Only) Industry : OEM MNC (Automotive Manufacturing) Job Description: We are hiring for the Body Shop Production Associate role at an OEM MNC located in Pune (Talegaon Dabhade). The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across various production areas, overseeing quality, production planning, and troubleshooting in the body shop area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in body shop processes, production management, and troubleshooting in a high-tech automotive environment. Multiply openings :- Tool Room : Manage store operations, inventory, and consumable materials. Issue consumables to line personnel to ensure continuous production. Monitor Room : Manage process control room functions. Handle production planning, control, and monitoring. Factory BI (Business Intelligence) : Responsible for system management and data analysis. Manage and analyze factory-related data to optimize production processes. Robot Keeper : Teach robots (99%) and modify robot programs. Troubleshoot and replace caps as needed. Experience with Kawasaki Robots is preferable. Cell Leader : Supervise and manage 2-3 lines in the body shop. Ensure quality control and optimize production processes within assigned lines. Weld Management : Adjust and control weld parameters to ensure quality and consistency in the welding process. Engineering In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Manage after SOP (start of production) activities. Oversee the sealer process, line process, weld process, and cycle time management. Perform line manpower calculations. Familiarity with SAP systems is required. Tool In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Manage SAP systems for key-in and key-out processes. Track monthly targets, inventory management, and report preparation. Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel. Shift In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Oversee body shop safety protocols, productivity, and quality achievement across all lines. Manage team performance and ensure alignment with quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 2-9 years in the automotive industry with hands-on experience in body shop production and management. Education : Diploma (Any full time only ), or B.E/B. Tech preferred for certain roles.
