Independent troubleshooting, root cause analysis in coordination with the Bosch Corporate IT and the functional IT department of the business unit (BMG/BDO) are your daily work Ticket to success: You work hand in hand with other departments and the Bosch Corporate IT to successfully process and close tickets customer-oriented Cooperation: your close contact with world-wide distributed key-users for Siemens Teamcenter guarantee an effective support hierarchy and a fast ticket resolution within the given SLAs You like updates You support Siemens Teamcenter platform version changes with your contributions in updating the training material in close coordination with Department. Failures you wanna avoid During Siemens Teamcenter platform changes executing and documenting functional tests are a key factor to success a phase where you Teamcenter know-how and structural work is requested Your skills: at least 5 years experience in using or administrating Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 5-10 years experience in using Autodesk Inventor 5-10 years experience in IT Support based on an IT Service Management System ideally BMG Remedy at least 5 years experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management Reliable, team- and customer oriented and structured way of working Communication skills Fluent English (C-level) Ideally good German language ability (A-level) Soft Skills Quality oriented stable IT operations as key factor for business, follow defined quality process? Solution oriented coordinate global requirements and strive for lean solutions Team oriented collaborate in ww network of IT and Business experts?
