Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems. 3. Inventory Management Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly. Check for damaged or expired items and remove them from display. Assist with inventory counts and reporting stock levels. 4. Store Maintenance Keep the store clean and organized. Ensure all products are correctly labeled with prices. Help set up promotional displays or seasonal arrangements. 5. Payment Handling Receive payments by cash, credit/debit card, or mobile apps. Provide correct change and issue receipts. Maintain cash register accuracy and report any discrepancies. 6. Product Knowledge Learn about product specifications, uses, and pricing. Stay informed about new arrivals, offers, and discounts. 7. Team Collaboration Coordinate with colleagues for restocking and sales floor support.
