Job Description

As a qualified candidate for the position, you must meet the following criteria: **Role Overview:** You should have a total of 10-13 years of experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Ethereum. It is crucial to possess a strong understanding of various types of Blockchain technology, including public, private/permissioned, and public permissioned. Your expertise should extend to Blockchain frameworks such as HyperLedger, R3 Corda, and Ethereum, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Blockchain Data Architecture. You should be able to identify and recommend ways to optimize data elements on-chain/off-chain and possess knowledge of different consensus algorithms used in various DLT frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Have a solid grasp of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures. - Utilize cryptography material like certificates for identity management to authenticate members and transactions. - Measure Blockchain performance metrics and provide training and mentoring to technical staff regarding Blockchain tools, frameworks, and concepts. - Demonstrate 8+ years of Java/J2EE Architecture/Design experience. - Possess a strong knowledge of Blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms. - Preferably have experience with Spring Boot, Jenkin, Sonar, Junit, Docker, Java Script, GoLang, AngularJS, and the Cloud (Azure). - Understand architecture best practices, full SDLC lifecycle, Lean/Agile development methodologies. - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively resolve business issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Must be located within commuting distance of Singapore. - Possess a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, although work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
