Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting blockchain-based solutions, as well as ensuring the security and scalability of our blockchain infrastructure. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a rapidly evolving space. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. Develop and maintain blockchain platforms, ensuring the integrity and security of all transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Write and test code for blockchain applications using tools like Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar. Integrate blockchain technology into existing applications or build new applications using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance and security issues. Research and stay up-to-date on blockchain trends, tools, and best practices. Work on integrating APIs and decentralized applications (dApps). Ensure blockchain systems are scalable, robust, and reliable. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for blockchain development. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms and smart contract development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Rust, Go, or Python, Ether.js Experience with Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms. Familiarity with cryptography and consensus algorithms. Knowledge of decentralized applications (dApps) and web3 technology. Experience with blockchain-related libraries and tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js). Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tokenomics and ICO/IDO project development. Understanding of the latest blockchain trends, such as Layer-2 solutions and NFT protocols. Experience with security best practices for blockchain development.
