Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our international voice and non-voice process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to global customers through calls, emails, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes as per company guidelines. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on pending issues and ensure prompt resolution. Continuously update knowledge about product and process changes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory). Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts as per business needs. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or BPO environment preferred. B.Tech/B.E. and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible for this role.
