- The regional sales manager will be expected to play an orchestrator to opportunities in the govt. segment in the country, focusing on major ministries and PSUs - New account acquisition, growth in existing relationships and extensive OEM partnering to tap potentially viable opportunities in the market are few of the key result areas - The position directly reports to the Head of Sales - India Ideal candidate profile : - Someone who is currently in a business developers role, managing end-to-end sales cycles as an IC for opportunities in the aforementioned segments. Having won prominent deals for the current employer is a must - Someone with working relationship with senior bureaucrats and decision makers in key ministries, departments & PSUs - regarding the most recent opportunities - Extensive experience in handling bid response to RFPs/tenders/GeM Bids and ensuring close alignment during the process - Superb skills in stakeholder management and collaboration w.r.t. to internal teams, especially delivery and solutions - Strong record of alignment with the OEM and advisory firms community in the country - Required Candidate profile 5-8yrs of exp in Sales.
