Job Title: Telecaller Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers. Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements & Skills: Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
