Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bitumen Production and Quality Control specialist located in Govardhan. The role involves overseeing and managing production planning, executing quality control measures for bitumen products, and ensuring production efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising operational processes, maintaining quality standards, and providing training to support and enhance team performance. The candidate will be required to uphold high-quality standards to ensure product reliability and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience and expertise in Quality Control techniques and implementation
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
• Ability to provide training and guidance to improve team performance
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplines
• Proven experience in the production or manufacturing industry, preferably in bitumen or related fields
