Job Title: Solar Installer / Solar Technician Location: Ghaziabad Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Solar EPC Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing solar PV systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The role includes panel mounting, wiring, inverter installation, and ensuring safe and efficient commissioning of the system. Key Responsibilities: • Install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on rooftops, ground mounts, and structures. • Perform site assessments and measurements for installation planning. • Assemble and mount solar modules, structures, and related components. • Lay out electrical wiring and connect components to inverters and AC/DC distribution systems. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of the solar PV system. • Maintain site cleanliness and follow proper installation practices. • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers. • Prepare installation reports and documentation as needed. • Perform regular maintenance and service visits when required. Skills & Qualifications Required: • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field (preferred). • Prior experience in solar PV installation is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools. • Ability to work at heights and outdoor environments. • Good physical fitness and safety awareness. • Ability to read drawings and technical layouts (preferred). • Strong teamwork and communication skills. Additional Requirements: • Willingness to travel to different project sites. • Safety certification/training will be a plus. • Ability to meet project deadlines and handle field challenges.
