Role: Full Stack Development Coordinator A behind-the-scenes builder. A systems strategist. A quiet catalyst for radical outcomes. You’ll help architect and maintain the invisible engines of our community — from internal platforms to automation pipelines. The spotlight may not find you, but every milestone will have your fingerprints. What You Will Work On: Architecting full-stack systems — from backend logic to API integrations. Coordinating with the Web Development team for seamless product integration. Building dashboards, internal tools, submission portals, and automation pipelines. Contributing to high-impact, time-bound project deliveries across our labs. Driving development in a frictionless environment — no decision bottlenecks, no credit hijacking. What We’re Looking For: Students in 2nd/3rd year BTech (preferably CSE/ECE or related). Experience or willingness to work in backend/frontend/full-stack systems. OR: Strong proficiency in any one area (e.g., scripting, ML, automation, UI/UX, DevOps) and the willingness to adapt and contribute with integrity.
