Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Biomedical Service Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of medical devices, managing the biomedical service team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing technical support and training to staff. The Biomedical Service Manager will also be responsible for developing preventive maintenance schedules, managing inventory and parts, and ensuring optimal functionality of all medical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical device maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Experience in managing a service team and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Technical support and staff training skills
• Inventory management and preventive maintenance scheduling skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Navi Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
