Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the Biomedical Engineering Department at FIMS Hospital in Sonipat. Your main duties will include ensuring the maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical equipment, managing a team of biomedical engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with other departments for equipment needs, conducting regular staff training, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with technological advancements in healthcare equipment, budget for new purchases, and ensure patient safety through the optimal functioning of medical devices.
