As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing BIM standards, templates, and workflows in alignment with international best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and maintaining Revit templates, families libraries, and modeling standards for consistent project delivery. - Creating accurate architectural BIM models in Revit from concept design through to construction documentation. - Translating design sketches, drawings, and conceptual ideas into detailed 3D and 2D BIM representations. - Collaborating closely with architects and design leads to ensure design intent is faithfully reflected in digital models. - Facilitating digital coordination with engineers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integration and accuracy. - Conducting clash detection, issue tracking, and actively participating in model review sessions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects. - Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling and documentation. - Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp; experience integrating models from these platforms into Revit is highly beneficial. - Experience in converting 3D point cloud data, Rhino, and SketchUp models into Revit. - Strong understanding of architectural detailing, drawing standards, and model accuracy. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital design practices. - Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is a strong advantage. You will also need to have a Full Time Graduate education background to qualify for this position.
